What to Expect During Your In-Home Consultation

Before our meeting, you'll complete a detailed project questionnaire that helps me understand your goals, lifestyle, design preferences, budget, and vision for your space.

During our in-home consultation, we will:

• Discuss your project goals, wants, needs, and budget.
• Review your questionnaire and clarify your ideas.
• Walk through your space together and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Discuss measurements, existing furniture, and items you wish to keep.
• Explore design styles, colors, functionality, and future possibilities.
• Talk about traffic flow, storage solutions, organization, and how you use your home day-to-day.
• Answer any questions you may have about my services and process.
• Determine whether Rebel Rose Home Design is the right fit for your project.

If there is a service or request I cannot personally provide, I will be honest about it and offer recommendations, alternatives, or trusted contractor referrals whenever possible.

In-Home Walkthrough

During our consultation, we'll walk through the areas of your home you'd like to discuss. This gives me the opportunity to see your space in person, understand its layout and functionality, and gain a better understanding of your goals.

Seeing your home firsthand allows us to discuss furnishings, colors, lighting, architectural features, organization needs, and any challenges or opportunities that may not always be visible in photographs.

If there are areas you'd prefer not to include in the walkthrough, that's completely fine. Our consultation is always tailored to your comfort level and project needs.

Important Notes

• Consultation payment is due at the time of booking.
• Your consultation fee is applied toward your future Rebel Rose Home Design project should you choose to move forward.
• Additional consultation time may be discussed if needed.
• My goal is to provide the most current and accurate information available regarding your project.
• Please ensure pets are secured if necessary and that all decision-makers are present whenever possible.

What a Consultation Is Not

The consultation is a discovery session designed to help us get to know one another, evaluate your space, and determine the best path forward.

You will not receive:

• A complete design plan
• Full room concepts
• Color palettes or design boards
• Detailed project specifications
• Completed design work

These items are developed during the design phase after booking a project.

What Happens Next?

If we're a good fit, the next step is booking your project with Rebel Rose Home Design.

From there, we'll dive deeper into your ideas, design goals, budget, timelines, sourcing, repairs, organization needs, and project planning. You'll receive a customized design experience tailored to your home, your lifestyle, and your vision.
